Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in PA or eNLC eligible.
• BSN degree preferred but not required.

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments to identify needs.
• Develops and implements a care plan.
• Performs and documents direct patient care and education.
• Recognizes and responds to patient condition changes.
• Directs and delegates care among ancillary team members.
