Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or eNLC is required.
• At least 3 years of critical care experience.
• Preferred CCRN certification; BSN and ACLS are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical oversight of nursing personnel.
• Provide leadership and orientation to clinical staff and coordinate patient care.
• Serve as a role model, leader, consultant, collaborator, educator and clinician.
• Enhance bed management communication between ICU, telemetry and ED.
• Collaborate with Intensivist to manage emergency nursing in exacerbations.
• Provide inservice training on patient care; collaborate with directors/managers to optimize outcomes.
