The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, current Ohio RN license, BLS, and experience in Labor & Delivery or high-risk antepartum settings. EFM certification and leadership experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; active RN license in Ohio.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Labor & Delivery or High-Risk Antepartum experience required.
• EFM Certification required; leadership experience preferred (precepting, charge role).

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in delivering evidence-based patient care and documenting in patient records.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure staffing plans meet patient care needs.
• Lead initiatives in quality improvement and patient safety within the unit.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and participate in hospital governance activities.
