Job summary

The role requires a BSN within 5 years, an active Ohio RN license (multi-state compact preferred), and BLS certification, with a night shift and 34.5 scheduled hours per week. Strong clinical skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact state license.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN degree required within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Lead nursing care within a multidisciplinary team and focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
