Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or equivalent.
• Current RN license in Ohio.
• BLS certification as per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients to determine nursing interventions.
• Plan and document care based on nursing diagnoses and patient needs.
• Implement and evaluate care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead process improvements to enhance clinical quality and safety.
• Perform department operations and ensure safety and efficiency.
