Job summary

• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Document planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluate responses to care and revise plans with the team as needed.
• Leadership - Participate in process improvements to enhance clinical quality and patient care.
• Operations - Contribute to daily department operations and safety practices.
