Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required or
• Master of Science with no experience required
• Two year RN experience with 1 year in Home Care preferred
• Two year management or supervisory experience in health care setting, preferably home care
• RN licensed in MN and ND
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Driver's license and auto insurance required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the agency and supervise clinical and non-clinical staff
• Assign and coordinate services for admits including DME, meds, and medical records
• Monitor staff productivity and adjust visit numbers to achieve outcomes
• Ensure clinical documentation meets regulatory and financial requirements
• Lead case conferences and care-plan discussions to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration
• Perform OASIS and HIS submissions as regulated
