Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and department activities for the unit, serving as a vital clinical resource and professional role model.
• Act as liaison to the multidisciplinary patient care team.
• Assign duties and manage shift as charge nurse; oversee daily operations.
• Ensure safe patient care through appropriate staff mix and admission decisions.
• Collaborate with lead anesthesiologist on daily case flow and efficiency.
