Qualifications

• RN with Kentucky license active or compact license.
• 5+ years healthcare clinical experience.
• Experience with EMR systems, Cerner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows with technology.
• Provide guidance on EMR best practices and post-implementation operations.
• Train staff and maintain documentation for EMR applications.
• Collaborate with leaders to design and support organizational goals.
• Test system changes and coordinate with IT and clinical teams.
