Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to evaluate EMR workflow, define system requirements, and drive optimization of clinical technology. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care teams to improve care delivery and data insights.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least four years of healthcare experience, and healthcare licensure; Epic Clinical Informatics Certification must be obtained within twelve months of hire.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical healthcare experience, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Healthcare Licensure required (RN, LPN, RT, PT, etc.), required. Epic Clinical Informatics Certification within twelve (12) months of hire, required.

Responsibilities

• Identify clinical practice workflow and process issues; define system and process requirements.
• Provide leadership to optimize EMR functionality and guide technology utilization by clinical practitioners.
• Support training and adoption of new EMR features and technologies.
