Job summary

CRMC Branding is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to drive clinical process redesign and optimize information flow around EMR systems. The role requires partnering with clinical users to map current workflows and design future state processes that meet clinical needs.

The ideal candidate has RN or clinical licensure with 1–3 years in nursing or health care information systems, and is able to work under pressure, multitask, and collaborate in a team setting.

Qualifications

• RN license or clinical license strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years nursing and/or health care information systems experience preferred.
• Experience in nursing and/or health care information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clinical workflow redesign and information flow for EMR systems.
• Analyze and evaluate clinical systems to meet user needs.
• Collaborate with clinical users to define current and future state workflows.
• Assist with on-site project execution and support oncology-related system needs.
