Ellenville Regional Hospital in New York is seeking an RN - Implementation Specialist to train staff on hospital applications, support EMR systems, and lead data initiatives across clinical, operational, financial, and quality outcomes.

You will bridge IT, clinical operations, and leadership, manage data conversion projects, develop reports and dashboards, and optimize EHR performance with Meaningful Use alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare or clinical informatics experience.
• Hands-on experience with EHR such as Meditech or AthenaOne.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows (inpatient, ambulatory, ancillary services).
• Hands-on experience with visual analytics tools such as Tableau.
• Experience as a super user for clinical systems supporting clinical users.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy/security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides initial and ongoing training to providers and staff on hospital applications, including EMR.
• Collaborates with IT, clinical operations and leadership to design, build and improve clinical information systems.
• Assists with data transfer assignments and data extractions; develops departmental dashboards.
• Produces reports and data visualizations using Tableau and similar tools.
• Supports Meaningful Use targets and tracks progress across departments.
• Liaises across committees to share user needs and coordinate support for care providers.
