Job summary

Harris Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join as a Clinical Informatics Analyst, serving as a bridge between clinical operations and information systems. You will support Meditech applications, optimize workflows, and deliver EMR training.

This full-time, 100% onsite role is based in Sylva, NC. You will collaborate with clinicians, IT, and leadership to drive data-driven improvements in patient care and operational efficiency while supporting rollout plans for EMR features

Qualifications

• Current RN or Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience.
• EMR experience with Meditech is preferred; strong end-user support and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between clinical operations and information systems to optimize EMR use.
• Develop and deliver EMR training and provide ongoing support to clinicians.
• Create reports and data solutions to inform departmental decisions.
