The role focuses on implementation, optimization, and support of Meditech EMR, training providers, and data‑driven improvements to patient care and workflow.

This 100% onsite position offers the opportunity to collaborate with clinicians, IT, and leadership to enhance efficiency, EMR usability, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license or clinical degree required.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience.
• Proven EMR experience with Meditech preferred.
• Strong data analysis and performance improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge clinical operations and IT for EMR optimization.
• Deliver EMR training and end‑user support.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and IT teams.
• Develop reports and data insights for decision‑making.
• Coordinate clinician testing and workflow improvements.
• Ensure system readiness during upgrades and testing.
