Job summary

AdventHealth Palm Coast is seeking a registered nurse to provide bedside care on the 2:00pm - 12:00midnight shift, with EMR documentation and staff education under the Nurse Manager.

Requires RN license, BLS and ACLS; 3+ years of clinical experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong interpersonal and computer skills (MS Office) are essential. Florida Level 2 background screening applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing required
• 3+ years of clinical experience required
• Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates bedside clinical skills and EMR documentation.
• Develops and delivers unit-based staff education on new equipment, policies, and practice changes.
• Facilitates onboarding with the Nurse Manager.
• Rounds on patients and provides coaching to nursing staff.
• Supports performance evaluations and quality indicators.
