Bon Secours Mercy Health's Southside Medical Center in Petersburg, VA seeks an RN for the Clinical Float Pool. The role floats across departments to provide patient care, with scheduling day-of staffing and potential travel or seasonal patterns.

You will collaborate with clinical managers to implement care plans and uphold safety standards. Requires a VA RN license, BLS; ACLS/PALS as applicable; 1 year acute care experience; EPIC familiarity.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current nursing license in the state of employment required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• ACLS and PALS required based on specialty.
• 1 year RN acute care experience required.
• Experience with EPIC or similar EHR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Float to multiple departments and sites as needed.
• Schedule day-of staffing and coordinate patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical managers to plan and evaluate care.
