Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license is required.
• BSN degree is required; master's degree preferred.
• Experience in clinical education, staff development, or leadership is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs and competency assessments for nursing staff.
• Partner with Nursing Directors and Department Managers to identify learning needs and education plans.
• Coordinate orientation and specialty training for new and existing staff.
• Ensure competencies align with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Provide coaching and professional development support to nursing teams.
• Serve as a resource on clinical education and evidence-based practice.
• Assist with performance improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Develop and maintain educational materials and documentation.
• Promote continuous learning, clinical excellence, and engagement.
