Job summary

Tri-Cities Chaplaincy is seeking a Clinical Education Manager in Richland, WA to lead infection prevention initiatives, onboard nurses and CNAs, and drive ongoing education across hospice programs. This role ensures regulatory compliance and coordinates with partner facilities and public health agencies.

The RN in this role will oversee educational outreach and align activities with end-of-life care standards, while supporting leadership during planned and unplanned absences.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in infection prevention or public health.
• Experience designing and delivering education/training.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead infection prevention initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing education for nurses and CNAs; deliver in-services.
• Develop and evaluate education programs supporting clinical excellence and compliance.
• Serve as liaison with partner facilities, clinics, and public health agencies.
• Provide coverage for Hospice leadership during planned/unplanned absences.
• Support end-of-life education aligned with hospice standards.
