Job summary

Salude is seeking a Director of Clinical Education—a registered nurse with a passion for education—to lead resident care quality and staff growth. The DCE will develop, implement, and maintain a facility-wide infection prevention and control program and mentor employees to excel in their roles.

You will partner with leadership to promote well-being, provide ongoing training, and ensure compliance with current practice standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensure requirements for nursing practice.
• Possess a nursing degree or diploma.
• Education, training, or certification in infection prevention and control.
• Experience in infection prevention and control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains infection prevention and control program.
• Establishes facility-wide systems to prevent and control infections.
• Develops and implements policies in line with current guidelines.
