Job summary
Brookhaven Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge and supervisory background to serve as Clinical Director in Newington, NH. You will lead an interdisciplinary team of RNs, aides, social workers, and chaplains, ensure adherence to policies, and drive growth in patient numbers while maintaining compliance with Federal and state guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care (preferred).
- Current RN license to practice in the state.
- Minimum 3 years as a nurse, including 1 year in hospice/home health/oncology; 1 year supervisory experience.
- 1 year supervisory experience in hospice/home health care preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage terminal care with crisis intervention, pain and symptom control, and family counseling.
- Proficient in EMR systems; CPR certification if required by state.
Responsibilities
- Champion comprehensive patient support according to hospice policies.
- Empower a team of clinicians and foster service improvements.
- Ensure quality through chart audits and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in orientation and in-service training for nursing staff.
- Evaluate and uplift staff performance during probation and annually.
- Lead interdisciplinary team gatherings to refine care plans.
