Hospice of the West is seeking a Registered Nurse with supervisory experience to serve as Clinical Director, leading an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and guiding top‑level patient care in Phoenix.

The RN Clinical Director partners with the Program Director, Hospice Physician, and Community Liaisons to drive office excellence, grow patient numbers, and ensure adherence to all guidelines and standards. A competitive benefits package and sign-on bonus accompany this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Registered Nurse with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, including 1 year in direct patient care within hospice.
• 1 year supervisory experience in hospice or home health preferred.
• Ability to manage terminal care, crisis intervention, pain and symptom control, and family counseling.
• Proficient with EMR and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Champion comprehensive patient support and oversee hospice services in line with program policies.
• Guide and support an interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Perform chart audits to ensure regulatory and ethical standards.
• Develop and deliver orientation and in-service training for nursing staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve care delivery.
• Lead interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and foster collaboration.
