Job summary

Atrium Health Cleveland is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Decision Unit in Shelby, North Carolina. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for observation and overflow medical/surgical patients in a 24-bed unit with strong hospitalist collaboration.

The ideal candidate has an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification. This role offers a sign-on bonus to eligible candidates and opportunities to impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care following the nursing process to ensure safety and therapeutic outcomes.
Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and optimal experience through evidence-based practice and effective communication.
