Job summary

Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 4W Medical/Surgical unit. You will provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in alignment with established standards and procedures.

This role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active NC RN license, BLS certification, and NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire. Sign-on bonus eligibility is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active NC RN license required.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) required.
• NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience through evidence-based practice and clear communication.
