Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Clinical Decision Unit, with 32 hours per week on night shift (11p-7:30a) including rotating weekends and holidays. The unit delivers short-term, monitored care with rapid turnover and potential admission decisions, resembling a fast-paced telemetry/ED-like setting.
Requirements include MA RN license, BLS, and 12 months of acute care experience; BSN and ACLS preferred.
When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. 32hpw; 11p-7:30a, rotating weekends and holidays Unit Description: The Clinical Decision Unit is designed to hold patients whose medical conditions require specific clinically defined hospital-based services that include short term treatments, assessments and reassessments through periodic monitoring by staff who evaluate whether the patient can be discharged from the hospital or require inpatient status/admission. Patient expected Length of stay is 8-48 hours, therefore the admission/transfer/discharge activity, (ADT), of this unit is expected to be high and therefore fast paced. This clinical area features a pace similar to the Emergency Room with diagnostic work ups and care needs in a telemetry setting.
Current MA RN License AHA BLS certification required.
Pay Range: $37.14 - $82.22 This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
