Lexington Health is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Surgical Stepdown ICU / Post CV in West Columbia, SC. The role is full-time and night shift (PM) from 7pm to 7:30am, with a sign-on bonus of 25,000.

The position emphasizes operational oversight, staff delegation, and ensuring timely patient admission, transfer, and discharge while upholding nursing standards and hospital missions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years in specialty areas within the past 5 years.
• Substitutable Education & Experience (Optional): ADN or Diploma nursing degree with RN to BS/MS in progress; degree to be completed within 12 months.
• Required Certifications/Licensure: National nursing certification in specialty or obtain within 6 months; Current RN license in SC.
• Refer to Mandatory Certification Requirements P&P for required education/certification.
• Required Training: None.

• Leads staff in process/performance improvement initiatives.
