Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks an experienced RN to assist with daily clinical operations and support the physician office care team in Center Valley, PA. You will lead in coordination, pre-visit planning, and clinical intelligence tools to enhance patient care across the continuum.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in nursing with PA RN licensure, at least 3 years in a clinical setting, and demonstrates initiative, collaboration, and strong IT skills (EMR, Word, Excel).

Qualifications

• Association degree to practice as RN with PA license required.
• 3 years of recent clinical experience.
• Ability to manage change and work independently or with a team.
• Strong computer skills including EMR, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and support patient engagement across care settings.
• Handle pre-visit planning, charting, and medical records management.
• Orient, educate, and assess clinical staff competencies and remediation.
• Coordinate care across departments and ensure lab, study, and referrals are completed.
