Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing and RN license.
• 3 years of recent clinical experience.
• Ability to initiate and adapt to change within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively.
• Strong computer skills including EMR, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations and facilitates patient engagement.
• Assumes clinical and administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Director/Manager.
• Completes end-of-day tasks including reports and daily batching tasks.
• Prepares daily charts and maintains medical records.
• Ensures policy clarification and coordination with other departments.
• Assesses staff competencies and provides remediation.
• Coordinates care across settings for designated population.
• Supports quality improvement workflow and clinical goals.
