Job summary

Avita Health System in Galion, OH seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator for the Pain Management Department. This full-time role coordinates clinical staff, manages patient flow, and supports physician-directed operations while ensuring top-quality patient care.

The RN/LPN must hold Ohio licensure with BLS and ACLS within required timelines; preferred candidates have a Nursing Bachelor’s degree and ICU experience, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement at Avita

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio.
• Basic Life Support Certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates to the clinical staff for patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the physician.
• Assesses, plans, and implements nursing care of patients within the physician clinic under supervision.
• Participates in patient and family teaching.
• Acts as patient advocate, protecting patients’ rights, aligned with the facility’s mission.
