Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or equivalent experience
• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC required
• Master's degree preferred (Nursing, MBA or related field)
• 3 years of clinical specialty experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Monitors data related to quality and patient satisfaction measures.
• Acts as clinical expert and role model for staff; may supervise staff.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels and staffing mix to meet productivity requirements.
• Maintains effective communication to support leadership and patient outcomes.
• Applies nursing process to plan and coordinate patient care for age-appropriate populations.
