Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a registered nurse to utilize the nursing process in delivering and directing patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role includes performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and directing care delegated to ancillary staff.

The position requires active RN licensure in PA or multi-state licensure via eNLC, CPR certification, and background clearances.

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• BSN is preferred.
• CPR – American Heart Association
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate

Responsibilities

• Performs a comprehensive patient assessment to identify patient needs. (25%)
