Job summary

Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions under the guidance of the management team.

You will partner with a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions/discharges, coach staff, and help drive improved outcomes and service while maintaining staffing and scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Associate Degree
• full-time day position
• 1 year of charge experience
• 2 years of RN experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
