Job summary

Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Virginia, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to oversee nursing care on the unit and partner with management to monitor and evaluate care delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure, an Associate Degree in Nursing, and relevant charge nurse experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required within 30 days of start.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start.
• RN licensed with an active license.
• Associate degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Full-time day shift position.
• Minimum 1 year charge nurse experience and 2 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high quality patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree

• must have at least 1 year of charge experience and 2 years of RN experience
