Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. In collaboration with management, the CNC monitors nursing care against policy and serves as a resource for staff to enhance patient experience.

You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes, assist with admissions/discharges, and support staff development and scheduling to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Formación

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• RN registered nurse credential
• Associate Degree required
• Night shift availability
• RN with at least 2 years in Immediate Care preferred
• Some charge experience preferred

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

• Associate Degree

• Prefer a RN with at least 2 years of Immediate Care experience
• some charge experience preferred
