Job summary

Lexington Health Northeast Emergency Department in Columbia is expanding with a new location opening Spring 2027. Full-time day shift 7:00am–7:00pm, with a $25,000 sign-on bonus.

We seek a Clinical Coordinator/ nurse leader to oversee shift operations, delegate to staff, and ensure timely patient admissions, transfers and discharges within a fast-paced ED setting. Qualifications

• BSN required and active SC RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or coordinator experience in a clinical setting.
• Certification in specialty within 6 months of hire; refer to P&P requirements.
• ADN or diploma with RN to BSN in progress may be considered with completion within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shift operations and delegates care to the nursing staff.
• Ensures timely admissions, transfers and discharges and coordinates with the healthcare team.
• Maintains patient safety, quality of care and documents accurately.
• Leads performance improvement and supports a positive patient-care environment.
