Job summary

Lexington Health Northeast Emergency Department is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift in a full-time role at our new location coming Spring 2027. A $25,000 sign-on bonus is available.

The RN will provide continuous patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families under the scope of the SC Nurse Practice Act. The role emphasizes nursing process, education, and safety, with adherence to Lexington Health standards and Magnet-related recognition

Qualifications

• Minimum education: ADN, Diploma or BSN in Nursing.
• Current SC RN license required.
• New graduate RN without LMC nurse residency not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to promote and restore health.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Provide physical, psychological, and family support; educate patients.
