The role requires RN licensure with an Associate’s Degree and 3+ years of clinical experience, plus strong EMR and office software skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; RN licensure.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to initiate and adapt to change within a healthcare setting.
• Strong computer skills including EMR, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations and patient engagement across settings.
• Assumes clinical and administrative responsibilities in the absence of leadership.
• Completes end-of-day tasks and prepares daily charts and EMR records.
• Ensures staff competency development and remediation.
• Coordinates care across departments and validates labs, studies, and referrals.
• Provides feedback and supports quality improvement initiatives.
