Job summary

Join Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital in Tucson as a Registered Nurse focused on program coordination and performance improvement within the Chest Pain/Stroke initiatives. You will develop training to advance staff needs and ensure quality patient outcomes.

You will support inter-hospital communication, regulatory compliance, and community involvement while leading program development efforts and maintaining annual requirements for the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing and/or accredited school of radiology and/or accredited school of cardiovascular technology.
• 2 years in cardiac catheterization and special procedures.
• RN license plus BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination of program guidelines and performance improvement.
• Develops training/education programs to ensure staff needs and growth.
• Coordinates programs to ensure patient quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in Stroke Program marketing and community involvement.
