Qualifications

• Education: Master's Degree in Nursing/or related field
• Experience: 5-7 years of Acute Care Hospital experience specializing in cardiovascular services
• Licensure/Certification: RN License in the state of Arizona; BLS/ACLS

Responsibilities

• Budget preparation and adherence based on volume
• Supply Chain Management for Department needs
• Monitor productivity/cost per unit service to meet budget guidelines and implement action plans for variances
• Plan work assignments and allocate resources considering timeliness and financial impact
• Mentor and develop staff
• Onboard new employees and manage performance
• Review turnover trends and address variances
• Promote staff engagement and compliant behavior
• Ensure policy adherence and maintain safety standards
• Coordinate quality indicators and regulatory compliance
• Engage physicians to foster physician relations and patient experience improvements
• Develop and implement action plans to improve patient satisfaction and care quality
