Job summary

The RN will mentor staff, drive quality improvements, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred.
• 5+ years clinical nursing experience; inpatient medical/surgical or critical care preferred.
• Current IL RN license (IDFPR) required.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical expert and provide guidance to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient care protocols.
• Conduct education sessions and in-service training for staff.
• Mentor nurses to promote professional growth.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data analysis.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

• Advise on patient and family concerns and care issues.
