Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required, Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience with emphasis in acute care.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical expert and mentor to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with teams to assess and improve patient care protocols.
• Conduct educational sessions and in-service training for nursing staff.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and data analysis for care protocols.
