Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL seeks a Per Diem Registered Nurse House Operations Administrator to lead real‑time clinical and operational activities on shift. You will oversee patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response, exercising independent judgment to maintain safe, high‑quality care.

The role requires a BSN, an Illinois RN license with CPR and ACLS, and at least three years of nursing experience including leadership.

Qualifications

BSN is required; a Master’s in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.
Current, unrestricted RN license in Illinois with CPR and ACLS certifications.
Minimum of three years nursing experience with at least two in leadership; critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the highest‑level clinical and operational leader on duty during shift when senior leadership is not on site.
Oversee hospital‑wide clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response.
Direct clinical and operational activity, enforce policies, allocate resources, and make real‑time decisions.
Act as central decision‑maker for real‑time operations and coordinate interdepartmental activity.
