Good Samaritan in Pine River, MN is seeking a Clinical Care Leader (RN) to support and lead floor staff within a Christian, not-for-profit environment. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care, while supervising unlicensed personnel and coordinating with the director of nursing.

The role requires an unencumbered RN license in the state, BLS certification, and strong communication and clinical reasoning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support floor staff and coordinate with the director of nursing.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
• Delegate tasks to and supervise unlicensed personnel.
