Job summary

Good Samaritan in Canistota, SD is seeking a Clinical Care Leader (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care in home settings, utilizing the nursing process and coordinating care with an inter-professional team.

The role requires documenting resident histories, supervising unlicensed staff, and participating in leadership tasks while ensuring compliance with applicable standards. A location premium and a $30,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• RAI process experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care in the home setting using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Document resident history, symptoms, medications and care provided per standards.
• Delegate to and supervise unlicensed personnel while maintaining accountability.
• Lead department/organizational tasks forces and committees.
