Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Clinical Care Leader (RN) to provide nursing care in the home setting, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care. Collaborates with an inter-professional team to ensure quality care and documentation.

The role requires RN licensure in Minnesota, BLS certification, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; two years of clinical experience is also preferred. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• RAI process experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care in the home setting using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Document resident history, symptoms, medications and care in compliance with applicable standards/regulations.
• Delegate to and supervise unlicensed personnel; participate in leadership tasks and committees.
