Good Samaritan in Canistota, SD is seeking a Clinical Care Leader (RN) to provide individualized nursing care in home settings, using the nursing process and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. You will document histories, medications, and care while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, and strong clinical reasoning. A driver's license may be required by location, with a focus on leadership within the nursing department

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and/or multistate licensure.
A valid driver's license may be required depending on location.

Aufgaben

Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
Document resident history, symptoms, medications and care in compliance with standards/regulations.
Utilize technology to enhance quality resident care and supervise unlicensed personnel while assuming nursing accountability.
