Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking an RN Branch Manager to lead a team delivering home health services in Indianapolis. This leadership role focuses on directing care, ensuring high quality patient outcomes, and guiding staff in a compassionate, compliant manner.

As an indispensable member of our PurposeCare family, you will oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing leaders, and collaborate with administrators to optimize patient care in the community.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Indiana.
• Experience leading home health teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.

Provides guidance and counseling to the Branch Office, Director of Nursing, and Alternate Director of Nursing to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health care services, provided through organization personnel.

Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated. Assuring the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the organization.

Oversees the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports, and records for the purpose of evaluation and reporting of organization activities. Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal law.

Conducts performance evaluations of all Branch office and Clinical employees with input from the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Assistant Director of Nursing.
