Job summary

PurposeCare, a leading home health provider in the Midwest, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our home-based care team. You will deliver skilled nursing services in clients' homes, coordinating with caregivers and using a patient-centered approach to promote safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing (IL).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, home health preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs, standing and bending.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
