PurposeCare is seeking a Branch Office Coordinator in Kokomo, IN to support our local branch in providing high‑quality care to clients. You will recruit, hire, interview aides, coordinate onboarding, and assist with scheduling and visits, working closely with the HR team and branch leadership.

The role emphasizes compliance, orientation, and robust collaboration with caregivers and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Recruit, hire, and interview aides for the branch. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on onboarding staff.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct new employee orientation and ensure proper paperwork is submitted.
• Consult with HR Manager on employee-related matters prior to actions.
• Assist with scheduling, call-ins, and visit verification.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Recruit, hire, and interview aides based on the needs of the branch. Works collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team on identifying best practices, and strategies, and onboarding clinical/administrative staff.
• Coordinate and ensure pre-employment activities are completed and in compliance with company standards.
• Conducts new employee orientation and ensures all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate areas
• Consult with HR Manager on all employee-related matters including but not limited to corrective actions, terminations, promotions, demotions, etc. prior to action
• Assists with scheduling, call-ins, and visit verification
