Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our Midwest team in Columbus, Indiana. You will provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes, collaborate with a care team, and support patients’ independence and safety at home.

We offer flexible scheduling, autonomy in clinical decisions, and comprehensive benefits to help you balance work and life while delivering high-quality home health care.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs, including lifting, bending, and standing.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
