Job summary

West Valley Cardiology Services is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor to provide leadership for daily clinic operations and patient care. You will direct staff, implement systems, and monitor budgets to ensure efficient, high-quality service.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license with at least one year in medical settings and supervisory experience preferred. This full-time role supports a patient-centered team with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in medical office/acute care or clinical outpatient setting.
• Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• CPC coding knowledge if coding duties are performed.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the clinic staff and its programs and activities to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Help establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned clinical areas.
• Trains/orients and supervise departmental personnel. Responsible for work assignments and daily operations.
• Manage staff performance and evaluations including supervising, coaching, and disciplinary action for front office and clinical staff.
• Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget.
• Liaise between clinic and external agencies.
• Work with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy.
• Perform related work as required.

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school or program in nursing is required

Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience in medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting is required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred

Certification

• RN is required.
• CPC coding is a requirement if coding duties are performed.
